Koury Lopes Advogados has helped Germany's Vibracoustic buy out its partner in what is Brazil's market leader in automative vibration technology products. Vibracoustic - a company of the Germany-based Freudenberg Group- acquired shares in Vibracoustic do Brasil from the Anvis Group on 4 January for an undisclosed amount. Koury Lopes advised both Freudenberg and Anvis in the deal, having represented Freudenberg for seven years. Fruedenberg Group has said in a statement that Vibracoustic's sales in Brazil have followed closely behind sales in China. Vibracoustic expects to grow between five and 10 per cent this year.
