KLA advised Vibracoustic, one of the Business Groups in the Freudenberg & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft, on the acquisition of 50% of the interest held by its joint venture partner Anvis Group in Vibracoustic do Brasil, one of the Brazilian market leaders in full-range vibration technology products for automotive industry. With the acquisition Vibracoustic became the sole owner of Vibracoustic do Brasil headquartered in Taubaté, Brazil.
