The event "FCPA-Challenges and trends in the fight against corruption" presented by Pricewaterhouse & Coopers and KLA-Koury Lopes Advogados will take place at the British Council located at Rua Ferreira de Araújo, 741 in São Paulo, Brazil on June, 8th.
The main purpose of this seminar is to share experiences, knowledge and the challenges of the companies to comply with the FCPA and similar legislation all over the world.
Leading FCPA experts in the United States and in Brazil will be discussing the main aspects of the FCPA regulation, the new UK Act and the Brazilian legislation applied to prevent and fight bribery and corruption. In addition, the companies will present cases regarding the application of compliance policies and program to comply with the FCPA.
