We are able to offer services to our clients in all major cities of Brazil, where we maintain close relations with local firms. We also maintain non-exclusive professional relationships with law firms in several foreign countries.

Our clients are diverse and include some of the major Brazilian corporate organizations and international companies operating in Brazil. We currently represent international clients from 41 foreign countries (Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Belize, BVI, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, the Netherlands, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, Uruguay and Venezuela).

Our attorneys are bilingual, so we may draft, negotiate, and finalize documents in English. Of KLA's 26 partners, 16 have LL.M or similar degrees from international universities, 10 have worked for major international law firms (in New York, Chicago, London, Paris, Buenos Aires, and Hong Kong), and 4 are admitted to the New York Bar (3 with full accreditation and 1 as foreign legal consultant). Several of our 80-plus supporting legal staff also attended LL.M or similar courses in international and Brazilian universities.
