With great pleasure, we are honored to announce that we won the Deal of the Year award during the Latin Lawyer Award ceremony, which was held in Hotel Unique last night (05), in the category “Mergers and Acquisitions: private companies”!
KLA, along with other firms, won the category for assisting in the purchase of the real estate operations of Grupo Navent, based in Buenos Aires, by the Brazilian real estate platform Quinto Andar.
