The H.Olhos group, one of the most important and traditional ophthalmology groups in the country, joined Vision One, an ophthalmology investment platform of the XP Private Equity fund.
The KLA team provided legal advice to H.Olhos in this operation, which included the participation of the partner in Corporate Law and M&A, Karin Alvo, the partner in Tax Law, Henrique Lopes, and lawyers Jefferson Souza, Maine Bubach and Mariana Maduro.
