This week, the international publication Latin Lawyer highlighted the acquisition of Elo7 by the American company Etsy.
KLA team formed by Karin Alvo, Victor Polizelli, Mário Fioratti, Mariana Maduro and Eduardo Bowman assisted Elo7 on this deal. The transaction was announced on June 28th and is expected to be completed during the third quarter of this year.
