Maurício Veiga is a partner at KLA and practices in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Infrastructure. He advises Brazilian and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and infrastructure projects, with particular experience in the energy, technology, and life sciences sectors, as well as in due diligence processes.
He was shortlisted for the Future Leader DEI Award by Chambers & Partners in 2023.
Mauricio holds a Law degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Master of Science in Decision Making and Applied Analytics from Minerva University (San Francisco, USA). He also completed an exchange program in International Business Law at Tilburg University (Netherlands).
