André Leme is a partner at KLA and head of the Compliance & Investigations practice. For more than 15 years, he has conducted internal investigations and compliance and anti-corruption audits. He represents clients in Administrative Liability Proceedings and negotiates settlements with regulatory authorities. He also advises on the implementation and review of compliance programs and prepares legal opinions on risk assessment and mitigation.

André is a professor at LEC Law School, teaching courses on Healthcare Compliance and Anti-Corruption Compliance. He is recognized by leading legal directories, having been named Rising Star of the Year in Compliance (2023) by The Legal 500, and ranked in Compliance by Chambers as well as recognized as Highly Recommended by Latin Lawyer.
