André Leme is a partner at KLA and leads the Compliance and Investigations practice. With more than 15 years of experience, he conducts internal investigations of varying levels of complexity, as well as compliance and anti-corruption audits in corporate transactions.
He represents clients in Administrative Accountability Proceedings and negotiates settlements with authorities in cases involving violations of the Anti-Corruption Law. He also works on the implementation and review of compliance programs and prepares legal opinions on risks under Brazilian anti-corruption legislation.
He is a professor at LEC – Legal, Ethics and Compliance, where he teaches Healthcare Compliance and Anti-Corruption Compliance courses. In 2025, he was awarded Professor of the Year in the Healthcare Compliance area.
