Carolina Forti is part of KLA’s Tax Law team, with a practice concentrated on federal administrative litigation, especially in proceedings before the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF) and the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service. She also focuses on defending clients in highly complex tax disputes before the federal tax authorities.
