Otávio Coltre is part of KLA’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on Litigation and Arbitration, with experience in strategic judicial and arbitral disputes, as well as advisory work aimed at conflict prevention and resolution. He has experience in disputes involving commercial contracts, civil liability, real estate law, and credit recovery. He holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law and also has experience in Family and Succession Law.
