KLA Advogados‘ Corporate Law and M&A and Tax Law teams assisted the airlines Line Express and ALX (Linex) in the sale of their operations by Grupo Bomi, a pharmaceutical services and medical technology company focused on logistics.
With the purchase of the companies, Grupo Bomi seeks to expand its network of health carriers, linked to the transport of medical and diagnostic products, medicines and supplements in Brazil.
