The Brazil Journal, Leaders League and the Global Legal Chronicle announced this week the purchase of a minority stake in ReclameAqui, a company, product and service feedback site, by Stone, a Brazilian payment method fintech.
Both publications named KLA’s Corporate Law and M&A team as one of ReclameAqui’s legal advisors.
