KLA advised Banco Daycoval, as fiduciary administrator, and Troon Capital, as manager, on the structuring of the TRN Feeder C25 Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário and its related public offering of fund shares.
The public offering of shares of TRN Feeder C25 FII, still under distribution, aims to raise up to R$ 50 million, subject to the possibility of partial distribution.
The transaction involves the formation of a real estate investment fund structured as a feeder fund, aimed at income generation and capital appreciation through the allocation of resources to real estate assets and, primarily, the acquisition of shares in C25 Oxigênio Development Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário.
The transaction was led by partner Livia Siviero Huh, of Capital Markets and Real Estate Business, with the participation of lawyers Valnan Claret and Danielly Ribeiro.
