KLA advised the shareholders on the sale of B2R Capital Assessores Financeiros Ltda. to the Corpservices Group.
B2R Capital is a boutique firm specialized in valuation services for M&A transactions and the preparation of valuation reports for companies and investment funds. The firm serves approximately 150 active clients, including asset managers and administrators such as BTG Pactual, Vinci, Singulare, Atmos, Vortx, and Leste, as well as corporate groups including Petlove, Petz, Rede D’Or, Dasa, and Inspira.
With the completion of the transaction, B2R Capital becomes part of the Corpservices Group platform, which focuses on providing financial, accounting, and business advisory services to the middle market. According to Ricardo Bahiana, partner at B2R Capital, the integration is expected to expand the client base through cross-selling opportunities and the use of technology.
At KLA, the transaction was led by Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions partner Patrícia Braga, with the support of associates Hebert Oliveira and Letícia Grilo.
